Do you ship to my country?

Yes, almost all of our products can be shipped to any country.

Can I return my purchase?

You may return your unused merchandise within 60 days of your purchase for a refund as long as your return falls within our 'accepted returns' guidelines. Please see the Return Policy page for more information.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express. We also accept PayPal. If you would like to pay by check, please call our customer service team and they will guide you through the process of paying by mail.

When will my order arrive?

All orders ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. The exact delivery date of your package depends on the shipping method you select. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will ship on Monday. Be sure to enter your current email address so we can contact you with any updates or questions on your order.

Can I track my package?

Domestic - US customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail. USPS tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update on the USPS website.

International - Tracking for international packages is only available for EMS, or 'Express Mail'. Regular International Airmail does not include tracking.

Do you sell wholesale?

We offer discounts on bulk orders for many of our products. Please send an e-mail to for assistance with bulk orders.

Can I order a catalog?

We update our products so frequently that offering a paper catalogue is not possible at this time. To receive coupons and special offers, sign up for our e-mail newsletter!
